Hotel vouchers, transfer vouchers, and service confirmations will be issued 3–5 days prior to departure, subject to full payment clearance.

Hotel check-in time is generally 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00–12:00 hrs, globally.

Early check-in / late check-out, bed type, room view, or floor requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

No refund shall be applicable for unused services, missed sightseeing, or voluntary changes by the guest.

Guests must carry valid passports, visas, flight tickets, hotel vouchers, and local IDs during travel.
